How to use the documents tool in Hubspot

Upload and organise your documents to ensure that all stakeholders can access them and you can gain more insights

  1. Navigate to the sales Tab at the top
  2. Select documents
  3. Create a folder
  4. Upload your document
  5. Click share and then send the link to email recipient
  6. You will get a notification when they have sent it
  7. select the document and then the recipient and select their name
  8. You will now be able to see how far they have read into the document and the times aswell
