How do you create email templates and send them?

Email templates are a great way to save your sales and marketing teams time on emails. Here we will tell you how to build and use them alongside personalisation tokens.

To create a template

  1. navigate to the conversations tab
  2. select templates
  3. select from scratch or from template
  4. create the content for your template
  5. add in personalisation tokens and documents etc if required
  6. save your template

To send a template

  1. navigate to the contacts section
  2. select a contact and then go to email
  3. select your required template
  4. edit copy as required
  5. send
