How do I use the prospects tool?

The prospects tool is a great way to see what contacts are engaging with your site so your team can outreach to them.

To use the prospects tool navigate to the reports tab and select analytics tools

Scroll to the bottom and you will see the prospects tool

Open this then youwill be in the prospects dashboard.

In here you will be able to see people that have be viewing your site and details around their activity.

You can select the prospects and add them to your CRM but you can also gain valuable information about how and when they have interacted.
