Integrate Google calendar to note events in contacts timelines and book meetings direct from the CRM with or without automation.
The Google Calendar two-way integration with HubSpot allows you to simultaneously log a meeting in your CRM, create a Google Calendar event for that meeting, and send the guests of that meeting an invite. Additionally, if you create an event in Google Calendar and include a guest that is a contact in HubSpot, the event will also appear on their timeline.
To connect your Google Calendar account to the HubSpot CRM please follow these instructions.
- Click settings (the cog in the top righthand corner)
- Click sales
- Click meetings
- Click calendar integrations
- Select Gmail from the list of email providers
- Follow the instructions and choose the appropriate inbox.
