How do I integrate Google Calendar with the HubSpot CRM?

The Google Calendar two-way integration with HubSpot allows you to simultaneously log a meeting in your CRM, create a Google Calendar event for that meeting, and send the guests of that meeting an invite. Additionally, if you create an event in Google Calendar and include a guest that is a contact in HubSpot, the event will also appear on their timeline.

To connect your Google Calendar account to the HubSpot CRM please follow these instructions.

  1. Click settings (the cog in the top righthand corner)
  2. Click sales
  3. Click meetings
  4. Click calendar integrations
  5. Select Gmail from the list of email providers
  6. Follow the instructions and choose the appropriate inbox.
