How do I add an HTML signature to HubSpot CRM?

In the HubSpot CRM, you can set your own HTML signature to mirror what would normally go out with you main email service provider.

To set an HTML email, follow these steps:

1. Click on your name/avatar in the top right hand corner of your HubSpot portal
2. Click profile & preferences
3. Click edit signature
4. Click HTML in the top righthand corner
5. Paste your HTML signature in the box
6. Click save
